About Interlibrary Loan

Library users with borrowers' cards may request articles, books, or other materials via Interlibrary Loan (ILL). Please plan on extra time for materials to be delivered from another library system.

Chemeketa students and employees

Chemeketa students and employees may submit ILL book and article requests by PDF or electronic form online, or by filling out a paper form at the library. Books and media will be delivered for pickup at Chemeketa's library on the Salem Campus. Public library patrons

If you are a Salem Public Library patron wanting to pick up your item at Chemeketa's library:

1. Use the public library form on the page linked below.
2. Write "Chemeketa" next to "Other" under pickup location.
3. Important! You may fill out and e-mail the Salem Public Library interlibrary loan form, but if you wish to pick it up at Chemeketa, you must e-mail it as an attachment to librequest@chemeketa.edu, not to Salem Public Library.
4. When you pick up your item at Chemeketa you will be charged Salem Public's fee of $1.00 plus postage.

Pickup at other CCRLS libraries

If you wish to pick up your item at one of the other libraries in the CCRLS system, please get in touch with the library where you wish to pick up the item for instructions.
